The average monthly sales since  2004 is calculated from a query against the public records database pulled on 11 Oct 2011. For demonstration purposes two anomalous Quick deeds were removed but short sales, auction and foreclosure properties marked as nonqualified for appraisal comparative purposes are included. Scroll down through the charts to see the changes. Appraisal information and the dataset as well as 10 year queries are provided at the end.
