Thank you for respecting the covenants and conducting your home maintenance in accordance with our bylaws.  REFERENCE THE ASSOCIATION'S AMENDMENT 4 FOR SPECIFIC DETAILS ABOUT MANDERLEY RESTRICTIONS.
 
Your Board of Directors is committed to enforcing our covenants evenly and fairly.
